Excellent! When my new Rav 4 was sideswiped three weeks ago,  I was furious! When the other party"s insurance company asked where did I want to take my car, my first and only choice was Chilton's in San Carlos. Having had previous experiences with them in 2006, I knew of the quality work, outstanding customer service, expedience they offered. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Roberta and Ron remembered me from three years ago and greeted me warmly. They remembered details about me that made me feel like a friend to them, not just another face walking through the door.

The service was as expedient, professional and personable as it was the first time I walked through the doors in 2006. Within a week, they had my Rav 4 looking like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.

I got my car repaired there a few months ago, they couldn't have been nicer and did a great job.  I noticed that my bumper had come loose so I took it back to them.  Turns out someone hit me, but they went ahead and reattached it for free while I waited.  I was highly impressed with their customer service.

One stop fix all!

My insurance company suggested Chilton Auto Body after my Mercedes was hit.  The customer service was great, the employees were understanding.  I was worried that my light interior would be ruined by the workers, but you couldn't even tell anyone was in my car.

Another great advantage was right next door to the Auto shop is an Enterprise rental.  As my car was being looked at I was able to get my rental at the same time.

The office manager called with status to let me know when my parts would arrive and when my car was going to be completed.  

My car was ready as promised.  It was a very painless transaction.  I didn't even have to go anywhere to exchange my rental.

This place gave me OUTSTANDING service.  I have Geico insurance, so when my car hit a box on the highway (ugh!) and damaged my bumper, this place was recommended by Geico because they provide FULL SERVICE (appraisel, estimate and rental car....not the other kind)...and it was near my girlfriend's house so it was a short drive from where my car was.  I went there in the morning to meet with the adjuster who handled everything...than next door to meet with the mechanic...then next door to the rental car company.  I was given constant updates as to progress on my car by very competent staff.  I live in San Francisco but will definitely drive to San Carlos for any auto work.  These guys are very professional and overall a very well run business with their act together.

The estimate was very close and the repair time was descent.  I was very pleased with their service and work.  My car looks like it never happened!

If I had another accident or needed body work on my car, I would come back.  They are very close to work and Enterprise rent-a-car is literally next door.

Wow I had such a great experience here.  I had the pleasure of working with Bob and he took care of everything in a professional and pleasant manner.  Roberta at the front desk is also extremely helpful.  Would definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.

I saw quality work on many high end cars here (I have a Cadillac CTS) and they made it look brand new.

My car was recently hit in the rear and had lots of damage - well over $3,000 and it was a borderline "total". Nonetheless Chilton Auto Body fixed it up like new, and really, really quickly.  Kept the car rental hassle to a minimum (because they were so quick) and also gave me a ride to the car rental and set it all up etc.  Really a great experience. I would go back but hope I don't have to!  The staff is really courteous and explain everything thoroughly and the paperwork was even presented in a crisp folder!

Having had to take my '07 Audi to get repaired as a result of a rear end accident, I was quite surprised by the amount of courtesy and overall attentiveness from Chilton Auto Body in San Carlos.  These guys are great.  Stanley Chilton took care of my car and really made me feel like customers do still come first.  Paint job was top notch.   I would have no hesitation in ever taking any of my vehicles back there.
